Griffri (Summer 1319). Grog. A former miner, Griffi was a sullen, stocky man who was deadly with his War Maul, although he also acted as loader for the Vociferato. Eaten by a great wyrm at Glencoghlea covenant (aged 49).

Meliorax Virtus (Autumn 1317). Familiar. A Goshawk from the magical woodlands near Euros Aquilae who had a passion for the hunt, Meliorax was familiar to Terentius for many years. Slain by the infernalists of Bridgewater.

Rauff (Autumn 1316). Grog. A former mercenary who was horrifically scarred, he served the covenant well. Slain in the infernal attack involving the Sons of Meon (aged 32).

Alun (Autumn 1316). Grog. Once a Welsh shepherd, he was a scrawny man who believed that wolves were evil spirits. Slain in the infernal attack involving the Sons of Meon (aged 28).

Domnall (Autumn 1316). Consors. A large and fierce man who held position as a servant to Magus Pyrrhus. Slain in the infernal attack involving the Sons of Meon (aged 26).

Vasile (Winter 1314). Consors. A former servant to House Tremere, he provided good service to Terentius before becoming the spymaster at Severn Temple. Died of old age (aged 52).

Watkyn (Spring 1310). Grog. A fat and cheerful fellow who made little impact in his four years at the Covenant. Transformed into a tree by Jack in the Green (aged 26).

Erik (Spring 1308). Consors. Another norse companion of Jari who had mystic abilities tied to animals and a love of music. Slain on the orders of his master to avoid a dark fate at the hands of Jack of the Green (aged 57).

Amaury (Spring 1308). Grog. A young and slightly obsequious archer. Transformed into a tree by Jack of the Green (aged 23).

Tudor (Summer 1306). Grog. A morose Welshman who wielded a poleaxe. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 20).

Milo (Summer 1306). Grog. A cunning man who fled the watch in Gloucester after being caught taking bribes. Slain in the battle with the Templars having volunteered to come out of his retirement at Lydney (aged 55).

Sewell (Summer 1306). Grog. A dull witted man but talented warrior. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 24).

Albrict (Summer 1306). Grog. A good hearted man whose premonitions could not save him in the end. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 31).

Deycus (Summer 1306). Grog. A spearman who did not survive a year at the covenant. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 22).

Jaxon (Summer 1306). Grog Sergeant. A son of the covenant he had for short while led the turb until the new captain was recruited. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 30).

Jetta (Summer 1306). Grog. A withdrawn woman, born at Severn Temple, who for many years had acted as the covenant's chirurgeon. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 48).

Sigurd Halgrimsson (Summer 1306). Consors. A brooding but heroic Viking who served Jari well for many years. Slain in the battle with the Templars (aged 48).

Aldrich (Winter 1304). Grog. A woodsman originally from the south of the Dean, he served the covenant well despite having only one hand. Retired from the turb (aged 50).

Fray (Autumn 1304). Grog. A profoundly ugly man who made little impression in his decade at the covenant. Turned into a deer while Pyrrhus was searching for the grave of Sir Edward Raine (aged 29).

Noah (Autumn 1304). Grog Sergeant. A cheerful woodsman who was well liked within the turb. Turned into a deer while Pyrrhus was searching for the grave of Sir Edward Raine (aged 38).

"Lucky" Samuel (Winter 1303). Consors. A gregarious former bargeman who for many years was the covenant's spymaster. Died of old age (aged 62).

Magus Altius (Spring 1303). Consors. The redcap who aided Volutus to escape from the fall of Durenmar bfore making his home at Narwold. Killed by undead Roman soldiers in the Greater Alps (aged 30).

Hereward (Winter 1301). Grog Sergeant. A lazy man who wanted nothing more than an easy life, somehow he became identified by the magi as a reliable and heroic individual. Retired from the turb (aged 50).

Arnulph (Autumn 1298). Consors. A brave man who had been specially trained at Holy Isle to protect and accompany magi he was in the service of Pyrrhus. Killed by Templars near Cheddar (aged 27).

Aylwin (Summer 1296). Grog Sergeant. A long serving member of the turb noted for his warm heart and enthusiasm. Slain by Cernunnos at Avebury (aged 58).

Branok (Summer 1296). Consors. A deeply stupid but loyal man who served Terentius well. Slain by Cernunnos at Avebury (aged 47).

Luke (Winter 1294). Grog. An affable, though meddlesome, man who had risen to corporal in the turb. Died of old age (aged 54).

Laurent d'Auvergne (Autumn 1291). Consors. A trusted companion to Volutus despite his 'gift' from the Queen of Snakes. Killed by a Demon in Abingdon Abbey (aged 33).

Raymond (Autumn 1285), Grog. A thoughtful and unassuming man, Raymond was a skilled tracker with a sensitivity to magic. Killed in the attack on the covenant by a former member of House Flambeau (aged 36).

Jevan (Autumn 1285). Grog. A young shepherd from the Brecons, Jevan died in the flames during the assault on the covenant by a former member of House Flambeau (aged 22).

Walter (Autumn 1282). Grog. A former mercenary who wanted to see out his days at the covenant. Killed by a bear being delivered to the faerie regio (aged 35).

Gaspard (Summer 1281). Consors. A companion to Terentius, noted for his keen perception and sarcastic nature. Killed by bandits outside Ipswich (aged 26).

Walding (Spring 1280). Grog. A brave and loyal, though violent, man who rose to the rank of corporal. Killed by Agnes the Red after she had gone berserk (aged 27).

Symeon (Winter 1276). Grog. A kind, magic touched hunchback who had been close to Maga Erla. Died of old age (aged 52).

Cadwgan (Spring 1275). Familiar. An aged hound of the Morrigan but a dauntless warrior. Died in the covenant when Astrius was slain at Tomar.

Hugo (Spring 1271). Grog. A man whose skill lay in assisting the magi in the urban sphere. Killed by Wolves on a trip to Gray Hill (aged 27).

Daniel (Summer 1270). Grog. A hot-headed and arrogant man of Brittany who joined the covenant after fleeing justice in his own country. Fled from service after Astrius injured him for his behaviour when Constansa was slain (aged 29).

Constansa (Summer 1270). Astrius’ Apprentice. A strong willed and self-confident woman who strived for perfection in all that she did. Killed by a shapeshifter during Hose Flambeau’s battle against the Mongol horde (aged 25).

Conall (Summer 1267). Grog Sergeant. A charming and adventurous half-Irish warrior who rose through the ranks and stayed in service beyond the offer of his retirement. Killed by Man of the Woods (aged 53).

Idnerth (Winter 1264). Consors. A druid who worked with Astrius to restore the pagan gods to the lands before being rejected by his former ally. Died of old age (age 41).

Kenuric (Spring 1263). Gang member. A devout pagan with the second sight who joined Idnerth's pagan revolution.. Died in an attack upon the Bishop's Palace in Worcester (age 19).

Noah (Summer 1262). Grog. A young albino archer who was at the covenant for barely three years before his death. Killed by flames erupting from the ground in Raymond's attack upon the covenant (age 23).

Tristram (Summer 1262). Grog Captain. A man who in his short time at the covenant inspired the turb and gained the confidence of the magi. Killed by a misdirected lightining spell from Lysimachus in Raymond's attack upon the covenant (age 28).

Meurig (Spring 1263). Gang member. A cold, vengeful man with Cor blood who joined Idnerth's pagan revolution.. Died in an attack upon the Bishop's Palace in Worcester (age 24).

Michael (Winter 1260). Captain of the Turb. An initially dynamic man who served the covenant well, his mental and physical faculties were deteriorating quickly by the time he left the covenant. Retired to Lydney (age 48)

Dougal (Summer 1260). Gang Member. A psychopath from north of the border he thrived within 'The Italian's' gang for for a number of years after the White Lady made him a vampire. Killed by Magus Husam al'Alim in the streets of Bristol (age unknown)

Rhys (Summer 1259). Grog. A cheerful and adventurous soul he had begun to strike a friendship with Astrius' apprentice Constanza shortly before he died. Froze to death in the faerie regio after a battle with the Erechwydd (age 26)

Dilwyn (Summer 1259). Grog Sergeant. A famed welsh archer who had travelled widely with the magi in his many years of service. Froze to death in the faerie regio after a battle with the Erechwydd (age 48)

Albin (Summer 1258). Grog. Only serving the covenant a short time, Albin was a tracker known for his close relationship with his hound 'Ringer' and his foul body odour. Fell to his death from a cliff near Morstow while accompanying Maximus (age 26)

Little Jack (Spring 1257). Gang Member. A simple, brutish man who had total loyalty to 'The Italian'. Killed by the White Lady when she saved Girardinho (age 43)

Tenney (Autumn 1256). Grog Sergeant. A former soldier of the King's armies he was a practical man who served the covenant well in the decade that he was there. Killed by the arrow of an unseelie faerie while travelling with Maximus in Brittany (age 37)

Elias (Autumn 1256). Grog. A strong but clumsy man who never shone in his time at the covenant. Killed by a Flesh Spider during the attack on Amadilla in the faerie regio (age 33)

Leonard (Autumn 1256). Grog. A lazy but powerful warrior whose death followed a heroic performance in battle. Killed by a Flesh Spider during the attack on Amadilla in the faerie regio (age 21)

Osmer (Spring 1255). Grog. A respected member of the turb whose skills in the wild and with a bow were well renowned. Killed by Giant Spiders while defending Lydney (age 49)

Ode (Summer 1255). Grog. A good bowman though never famed due to his lone nature and lack of drive. Killed by a Flesh Spider in the faerie regio (age 33)

Constantius (Summer 1255). Consors. A former apprentice in Durenmar his long service to the covenant will be remembered for many years. Accidentally killed by Astrius while clearing the Lydney mine of giant spiders (age 73)

Bertram (Spring 1254). Grog Sergeant. A man as famed for his boasts and efforts to suck up to those in charge as he was a brave and reliable grog. Killed by the Erechwydd (age 36)

Wyot (Spring 1252). Grog. A fierce warrior but better known as a notorious violent drunkard. Expelled from the covenant for attacking Sergeant Bertram (age 25)

Rolly (Winter 1251). Grog. A former circus performer whose short time in the Stags went largely unremarked. Died of plague (age 22)

Hubert (Winter 1251). Grog. A mean spirited beserker who had few friends in the turb. Died of plague (age 46)

Sampson (Winter 1251). Grog. A gypsy with a good eye for a horse. Killed during Dureth's attack on the covenant (age 38)

Alwin (Spring 1245). Grog. A scout and tracker who was overshadowed by Osmer during his years at the covenant. Fell from the crows nest during the Moorish pirate attack on Fabius and Ildynach (age 31)

Cerdice (Spring 1245). Grog Sergeant. Determined to be a hero Cerdic stood loyally until the very end. Slain by an Efreet during the Moorish pirate attack on Fabius and Ildynach (age 40)

William (Winter 1244). Grog. A reliable member of the turb who had survived being hanged by the Brothers in Christ. Aged to death by a dark tree spirit (age 32)

Harold (Winter 1244). Consors. Harold was the loyal wagoneer of Magus Maximus. Aged to death by a dark tree spirit (age 30)

Geoffrey (Winter 1244). Grog Sergeant. A louche womaniser who somehow managed to rise through the ranks. Dies in the embrace of a dark tree spirit (age 44)

Gilbert (Winter 1244). Former Captain of the Guard. After serving the covenant loyally for many years he left the covenant after stepping down, perhaps angered by the lack of respect given by the magi for his service. Died of old age (age 55)

Godfrey (Autumn 1240). Grog. At the covenant for barely a year Godfrey was a loyal and reliable man. Killed by Hubert during the Brothers in Christ kidnapping of Maximus (age 21)

Fulke (Winter 1236). Consors. A Dwarf renowned for his intrigue and hatred of the Fells. Died of old age (age 53)

Tethion (Winter 1226). Sailor. Cook aboard the covenant's vessel. Died of old age (age 50)

Richard (Spring 1225). Grog. A dull and clumsy man who nevertheless accompanied several magi on trips abroad the covenant. Killed by Giant Spiders (age 43).

Ifor (Spring 1225). Grog. A fervent welsh patriot. Killed by Giant Spiders (age 41).

Mark (Spring 1225). Grog Sergeant. Generally an easy going man although he could have a temper at times. Killed by Giant Spiders (age 40).

Humphrey (Spring 1225). Grog. A bowman who never rose from the turb. Killed by Giant Spiders (age 32).

Antonio (Spring 1225). Consors. A gifted linguist from Italy who returned from the Levant with Husam. Killed by Giant Spiders (age 24).

Herbert (Spring 1225). Grog. This unfortunate grog did not last a year at the covenant before his weak bladder led him to the wrong place at the wrong time. Killed in error by Astrius during the Giant Spider attack (age 22).

Rufus (Winter 1224). Sailor. An experienced deck hand aboard the covenant's vessel. Died of old age (age 42).
Godfric (Winter 1224). Grog Sergeant. A family man from Blackney who served the covenant well. Died of old age (age 49).

Baudry (Winter 1220). Grog. The eldest of three charcoal brothers who joined the turb, Baudry achieved little of note in his years of service. Retired to Blackney (age 51).

Wigsan (Winter 1220). Grog. The younger brother of Baudry he was little better known than his brother. Retired to Blackney (age 50).

Bodkin (Summer 1220). Companion. A man with the blood of Brownies, Bodkin was noted for his skills with cooking and tailoring although Tiarnan never forgot the present his consors made for the Erechwydd. Left for the realm of faerie after Tiarnan’s death (age 58).

Kai (Summer 1220). Familiar. Tiarnan’s otter companion was a free spirit and much loved within the covenant. Died shortly after Tiarnan met his end.

Dicken (Winter 1218). Grog. A noted tracker who accompanied the magi on many adventures. While he was a lazy man who preferred the quiet life he fought in the infernal attack upon the covenant in 1195 and once survived the attack of a Gryphon. Retired to Blackney (age 50).

Dorian (Winter 1217). Grog. A sadistic man who acted as torturer on the few occasions that the covenant had need of such skills. Retired (age 50).

Arthur (Autumn 1215). Companion. A jester whose bad jokes and childlike personality were notorious. Killed in the dungeons of the Bristol Jail by agents of the infernal (age 21).

Thomas (Autumn 1215). Ghostly Companion. Formerly Arthur’s elder brother and his spiritual companion after his death. Lost his bonds to the mortal plane when his brother was slain.

Aldfrid (Winter 1214). Grog Sergeant. A large man and a good fighter, Aldfrid was a simple fellow whose most notable deed was at the Battle of Snig’s End. Retired to Blackney (age 60).

Hrothgar (Winter 1214). Grog. Chiefly remarkable for his smelly feet and unusual hair, Hrothgar grew increasingly pedantic in his later years. He died of old age, having retired to Blackney some years before (age 57).

Luke (Winter 1213). Companion. Famed for his bad breath and boring voice, Luke accompanied Tiarnan on many an undersea mission. Blood brother to Kellen. Died of old age (age 63).

Aesc (Winter 1212). Grog Sergeant. A brave and jovial family man, Aesc often accompanied Magi during their ventures to Gloucester. He died of old age, but agreed to be bound as the covenant's spirit guardian by Idolon (age 52).

Elmer (Winter 1211). Grog. The eldest of the three former charcoal brothers, Elmer was something of a braggart and a gossip. Died of old age, having retired to Blackney (age 51).

Hywel (Winter 1209). Grog Corporal. A patronising and meddlesome man who was nevertheless fearsome with his battle axe. Retired to Blackney (aged 52).

Bedwin (Autumn 1208). Companion. An archer whose simple, pleasant nature was badly betrayed by Magus Cormoran. Left Cormoran's service following events on Bardsey Island (aged 32).

Ralf of York (Autumn 1208). Companion. The black sheep son of the Baron of Ripley, Ralf was a plain speaking man who was loyal and honorable. Sacrificed by Cormoran on Bardsey Island (aged 39).

Daffyd (Winter 1206). Grog. One of the few native welshmen within the Turb and a man who had begun to follow Cormoran's teachings on the old ways. Died of old age (aged 44).

Kellen (Winter 1205). Grog. A talented healer who had become a reliable part of Tiarnan's retinue and was changed after spending many years upon the Island of Moonsetting. Died of old age (aged 51).

Penda (Winter 1205). Companion. Captain of the Severn Temple guard, Penda was a loyal man whose efforts in leading the chaotic turb of the covenant were never truly appreciated. Died of old age (aged 50).

Hereric (Autumn 1203). Companion. Helmsman of the Severn Boar, Hereric was a tough, no nonsense sort who settled matters with his fists having sworn never to raise a weapon against another man. Retired following the sinking of the Severn Boar (aged 47).

Robert (Autumn 1203). Companion. Fist Mate of the Severn Boar, Robert had a secret love for his Captain which left him heartbroken when he went down with the vessel. Retired following the sinking of the Severn Boar (aged 46).

Roland (Autumn 1203). Sailor. Roland was a humourless individual who necer really distinguished himself aboard the vessel. Retired following the sinking of the Severn Boar (aged 36).

Harry (Autumn 1203). Companion. Captain of the Severn Boar, Harry was a likeable man who made the covenant a fair sum of money and served them well over the years. Went down with ship following attack by the Un-named House (aged 41).

Robin (Autumn 1203). Sailor. A small man most often found high in the rigging. Swallowed by infernal serpent during attack by the Un-named House (aged 39).

Edward (Winter 1202). Grog. Once shield grog to Magus Astrius, he was banished to the forest after being touched by the fae, where he lived for many years. Died of old age (aged 58).

Bastian (Winter 1201). Grog Serjeant. A decent, though cynical, man. Retired to Blackney (aged 50).

John (Winter 1201). Grog. A vicious and vulgar grog known for desecrating the bodies of the defeated by stabbing them in the face. Died of old age (aged 44).

Cuthbert (Summer 1200). Sailor. An overconfident man cursed to sink like a stone in water. Sank like a stone in water during battle in English Channel (aged 33).

Phillip (Summer 1200). Sailor. An uneducated and grumpy man. Drowned during battle in English Channel (aged 34).

Eamonn (Summer 1200). Sailor. A big, fat, ginger Irish Sailor. Shot during battle in English Channel (aged 27).

Harold (Winter 1197). Grog Serjeant. An extremely competent grog who led the Stags for many years. Retired to Blackney (aged 50).

Aolfrith (Winter 1197). Grog Serjeant. A tough man who served Magus Theodosius when he was alive and travelled to the east with Quaesitor Medius. Died of old age (aged 47).

Robert (Winter 1196). Consors. An extremely talented glassmaker with a talent for alchemy, Robert spent many years within the walls of the covenant. Died of old age (aged 51).

Saul (Spring 1196). Consors. A man skilled in the arts of divination he served Medius for a dozen years. Killed by a demon aboard a ship in the North Sea (aged 30).

Alan (Winter 1195). Grog Serjeant. A sneaky man whose physical and mental capabilities lifted him to his position. Killed by infernal spirits while fleeing Lich attack at Severn Temple (aged 38).

Thomas (Winter 1195). Grog. Born within the covenant walls he was a determined and loyal man. Killed during the Lich attack at Severn Temple (aged 35).

Raibert (Winter 1195). Grog. This smooth talking man was an amoral hedonist but always proved loyal in his service to the covenant. Killed during the Lich attack at Severn Temple (aged 33).

Ezekiel (Autumn 1194). Apprentice. Taken late as an apprentice by Medius, Ezekiel was a loyal but traditional man, close to his taking his gauntlet. Killed by a trap set in Arcturus' sanctum (aged 30).

Red Jack (Spring 1193). Crew of the Severn Boar. The ships chirurgeon, he was a brave man with a sarcastic tongue. Killed by Tritons in the Severn Estuary (aged 29).

Elijah (Spring 1193). Consors. A dedicated member of the Kaballah, Elijah was a stern man who had sworn himself to the protection of Medius. Slain by infernal snakes aboard a ship in the Irish Sea (aged 35).

Marcus (Winter 1192). Consors. A Romano-British legionary whose geas let him live many years, he served Magus Astrius nobly. Slain by Maga Palacia during her Wizard's War with Astrius.

Wilfrid (Winter 1192). Consors. This simple minded man, along with his brother served Cormoran for several years before becoming the mate aboard the Saucy Weasel. Died of old age (aged 51).

Edgar (Winter 1192). Grog Corporal. A fine archer who frequently travelled on the Magi's adventures. Died of old age (aged 45).

Elly (Winter 1190). Grog. She was a nervous and insecure woman who achieved little at the covenant. Died of old age (aged 50).

Caedmon (Winter 1190). Grog. A reckless man who had his years advanced by a demon at Snigs End. Died of old age (aged 45).

Henry (Winter 1189). Consors. Originally a companion of Coromoran he became master of the Saucy Weasel. Died of old age (aged 50).

Coenwulf (Winter 1187). Grog Corporal. Covenant born and marked with an evil eye. Died of old age (aged 52).

Wybert (Summer 1186). Grog. A talented longbowman who kept himself to himself due to his shyness. Defected to the Brothers in Christ after being captured by them (aged 31).

Mark (Winter 1185). Grog Sergeant. A former novice turned longbowman. Died of old age (aged 50).

Darmuid (Spring 1183). Consors then Grog. Perhaps the most portly scout of all time. Taken by a Wyvern in Mynnydd Myrddin (aged 47).

Morgan (Winter 1182). Grog. A brutish thug. Died of old age (aged 49).

Corwin (Winter 1182). Grog. Had a dog and visited the faerie region on two occasions. Died of old age (aged 50).

Gwyn (Winter 1182). Grog. A miserable soul with an uncanny knowledge of the weather. Retired from service (aged 50).

Eadhild (Winter 1181). Captain of the Grogs. A strong willed woman who achieved her aim of showing that her sex could be as staunch a warrior as a man. Died of old age having refused to retire (aged 57).

Harald (Winter 1181). Grog Sergeant. A likeable man. Died of old age (aged 42).

Peter (Autumn 1181). Grog. A lay preacher who started a small Christian sect at the covenant. Slain by Pirates en route to Iberia (aged 25).

Martyn (Winter 1180). Grog. The covenant's stonemason and a member of the militia. Retired from service (aged 50).

Benedict (Autumn 1179). Grog. A former boatman. Slain by the Brood in Mynyydd Myrrdin (aged 23).

Ine (Winter 1178). Grog Sergeant. A gangling man who served the covenant quietly but well, having received a medal for his actions in Snigs End. Died of old age (aged 48).

Giovanni (Winter 1176). Consors. Quaesitor Medius' right hand man and friend. Slain by the renounced magus Dionysus.

Owain (Winter 1176). Consors. A falconer who served Magus Astrius. Slain by the renounced magus Dionysus (aged 26).

John (Winter 1176). Grog. A free miner of the Dean, only shortly at the covenant. Slain by the renounced magus Dionysus (aged 19).

Cynifrid (Winter 1176). Captain of the Grogs. A brave and loyal man. Slain by the renounced magus Dionysus (aged 34).

Burhhred (Spring 1176). Grog. An archer born in the covenant. Slain by Ieuan in his attack upon Severn Temple (aged 44).

Anthony (Winter 1174). Consors. Magus Theodosius's personal servant. Lost to the covenant's memory when Theo died (aged 27).

Dewi (Winter 1174). Consors. A servant gifted by the Prince of Powys to Magus Theodosius who acted as his the wizard's steward. Lost to the covenant's memory when Theo died (aged 32).

Viremos (Spring 1174). Consors. Magus Theodosius' Spirit Guardian - a fisherman and coward. Destroyed by Ieuan while defending Theo (aged 50 at death +10).

Robert (Winter 1172). Steward. An unsung but tireless servant of the covenant. Died of old age (aged 51).

Aman (Winter 1171). Grog {Bears}. A long serving man. Died of old age (aged 57).

Edgert (Autumn 1171). Grog {Bears}. Killed by a Serpent Demon during the mission to destroy the risen Guyere (aged 37).

Baldwin (Autumn 1171). Grog Archer {Bears}. Killed by Demons during the mission to destroy the risen Guyere (25).

William (Autumn 1171). Grog Corporal {Dragons}. Another trusty member of the covenant, wearer of the Celtic wristband and once badly burned at Snigs End. Killed by Demons during the mission to destroy the risen Guyere (aged 50).

Oswine (Winter 1170). Grog Sergeant & Chirurgeon {Dragons}. A long serving member of the covenant. Died of old age (aged 53).

Cuthbert (Winter 1170). Grog {Lions}. An unhappy man with the gift of Second Sight. Slain by Astrius whilst fighting to aid him in the combat at Narwold covenant (aged 46).
